Understanding the client requirement
Architects and Designers work with client to understand the project scope, client desires, site conditions etc. Then they will brainstorm, sketch and model various design ideas.
Creation & Approval with concept sketches
In this phase we begin the process of creating sketches and models to test the ideas and concepts.
Preparation & Approval of Layouts
In this phase the building exterior is fully designed, the interior layouts completed, dimension of spaces is finalized.
Structure, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Design & Approval
A structural engineer will be added to the team, and consultants for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems will be needed depending on the complexity of the project.
